M. Işık Gürol

Işık Gürol has 34 years of diverse professional experience of which 4 years in banking and 30 years in nonfinancial sectors with hands-on experience in human resources, change management, company culture building, strategic planning, marketing, reengineering, financial control, treasury, budgeting, and banking. He worked at Mercedes Benz, Turkish Merchant Bank, Citibank, Türkpetrol, and Bosch respectively and held top executive level positions. Moreover, he took roles in board committees at Bosch. He has national family business and multinational company experience.

Işık earned a Bachelor of Science with honors from Middle East Technical University and an MBA Degree from Syracuse University, where he also received a Turkish Educational Foundation Scholarship.

He has deep experience in automotive, banking, FMCG and home appliances industries ( i.e . white goods)
